Questionnaire for the Use Case Survey – Presentation of a Transfer Product

Content

The June academy is dedicated to subproject 2 and will focus on the use case development questionnaire and its current status. In terms of transfer and replication, a recurring theme in the project is the question of how we can pass on the experience we have gained to other cities and municipalities. In fact, the objective is to determine how processes and results can be summarized and standardized. This questionnaire is a good example. T2 Munich is presenting the questionnaire.

The Key Learnings

Standardize Processes

Without standardizing the process, use case development lacks the clarity and structure that would facilitate the capture of requirements.

Systematization and Decomposition of Complexity

The questionnaire is a system for systematizing use case development and aims to break down the complexity of use case development.

Assistance by a List of Questions

The question catalog is designed to address common inquiries in use cases, provide the essential components for product vision, and streamline task comprehension for all stakeholders.

The 4 Phases of Use Case Development

The ideal framework for use case development comprises four phases: project idea, research phase, professional/technical concept phase, and implementation phase.

No Replacement of Communication

The application of the question catalog is best suited for use cases involving product/tool usage, and its full potential can only be realized through ongoing, intensive communication with stakeholders and participants.
